Single-channel video, 2024​

A commissioned artwork created for Hwadamchae, an art space within Hwadamsup Forest operated by the LG Evergreen Foundation.

Chairman Koo Bon-moo personally planned and nurtured this forest, naming it ‘Hwadam’ (和談, meaning ‘to have a warm, harmonious conversation’).
For him, this forest is not just a place of dialogue but a companion that breathes and communicates with him.
The artist captures this forest, focusing on nature and humankind as close companions sharing intimate inner conversations.
Hwadam is not a fixed space but a living, symbiotic being that continuously grows while breathing with people. _Sara Oh(Curator)
